Nestled in the heart of Avenel, Bank Street Wood Fired Pizza & Garden is a place where the fire never goes out and the garden always has something growing. We believe the best meals are made slowly, with care, and shared with people you love.
Our Marana wood-fired oven sits at the soul of everything we do – its rotating deck coaxing the perfect char from every pizza we make. Surrounded by our working kitchen garden, hedged in box and lush with seasonal herbs, we've built somewhere genuinely worth the drive.

The Garden
More than just a restaurant.
Our kitchen garden is the heart of Bank Street. Boxwood hedges frame raised beds of seasonal herbs, vegetables and edible flowers – much of which finds its way onto your pizza or plate the same day.
The garden is open for private events, long lunches, and weddings. String lights, fig trees and the warmth of the fire make it one of the most unique dining spaces in regional Victoria.
